I guess my experience living here wasn't too bad for the price what can you expect. What I didn't like was the fact that on the weekends it smelled like piss in the halls, due to the -------- who let their kids piss outside or the drunken Asians who don't know where the bathroom is. My neighbors' where all very nice almost always said hello, Parking wasn't great due to the stores in the front hogging the spaces, got many scratches on my car from bad drivers who can't park. For an old building I don't expect it to be top of the line especially since its Asian owned (not saying all Asians are cheap but in this area they are) the tile was ugly orange reddish color, carpet was blue and beige in one room, oh and at night I hated all the roaches, I always had to wear slippers. I did like the layout of the apartment except the bathroom was a little small but other than that it was a spacious 2x1; Large front and back windows but not great views. I felt pretty safe here I didnt have any major concerns, sometimes I would wait for my husband on the steps in front at night and not feel nervous about it so it wasnt too bad. I would recommend these apartments if you can adjust to this type of thing and don't whine too much about small things.
