I have lived her for a few months and I hate it. I initially thought I was a good deal for my money but I truly learn..you get what you pay for. My problem is that the noise level is absolutely terrible especially coming from my neighbor above me. It's to be expected that you might here some noise from time to time but these people are so loud that it sounds like there are right in your apartment with you. The killer is the noise primary takes place during the night until early morning hours 11:00p-5:00a. Louds noises like laughing, running, dropping heavy items, stomping. So needless to say at least 4 days a week I am totally exhausted from not getting any rest from rude neighbors-which make it hard for me to be alert the next day at work because basically I have been up all night because of the loud noise above me. I have reported this to the office and it's evident that they don't care about my confort here -even had to call the police once to see if they could settle the noise down. I can't wait to move out of here. I even tried to asked the neighbor if they could keep the noise level down a little but she was very nasty and cold about it. If you now what I know, you would keep driving by Driscoll Place...yes, the deals are good but it comes with a very inconvienant cost.
