I moved here almost three years ago and I WAS pleased in the beginning. As time went on it became unbearable. My truck as been broken into and so have many others around me. The staff with the exception of the maintanence supervisor has been awful. I waited three weeks to have doors fixed in my apartment. Oh and let us not forget about the clogged up toilet that has an issue of backup from the outside. The toilet has been clogged and has flooded my apartment with old stool, leaves, dirt and trash all of which has come from the outside. Not just this one time, but 4 times to be exact. I advised the office and it took them 1 week and 3 days to get the problem corrected. So I thought. With replacing the carpet that flooded my apartment and replacing a toilet within a week the toilet backed up again and we were asleep and NO ONE had been using this bathroom. So in essence I was paying for a 2/2 but only used 2/1. They came in a and tore up the carpat and still to this date has not replaced any of the padding that has been torn up and the carpet is still just a mess from where they tore this up and they want me to continue to stay here! I think not. The new owners and the resident management team will not even compensate me for the time that I had to spend out my apartment. The management are aware of people staying there that should not be in building 300 as well as a young lady and her family who has a lock on the door that is supposed to keep her put and the riff raff and guess what she still is able to go and come as she pleases. That is bull. Let us not forget about the 12 people living the building 500 in a 2/2 and nothing is said. DRISCOLL PLACE has gone to the dogs. High rent with no upgrades and sorry management. I wish I would stay here. Please whatever you do, do not make DRISCOLL PLACE your home.

I disagree with you ALL of MANTIANCE & STAFF are great people and they work hard. I've stayed in other apartments that wouldn't care as much as the Driscoll Place team Cares.I love the new management company Babcock and Brown they really look for the residents need. I love the new pet stations they put in. Please what ever you do PICK DRISCOLL PLACE AS YOUR NEW HOME THEY ARE WORTH IT!
