well For the past 10 days I've been having an issue with my water. At first both the cold and hot water were coming out a brownish color, i called the leasing agent and the woman i spoke to flat out told me that there is nothing they could do and i wasnt the only one with this issue.she claimed that the city was working on a street (what street, i dont know) and thats why it was coming out brownish. she couldnt even give me an estimated time of when this would be fixed and she really had a nonchalant attitude i could tell she didnt live here. So now my cold water is coming out clear but my hot water still comes out brown, i guess they just expect me to live w/o clean hot water. I will be so happy when my lease is up, until then it looks like i have to take matters into my own hands

I've been given different excuses for this problem for going on two years now. 'It just rained,' 'The pipes are old - it's just rust,' and many others, including the same 'The city is working on the pipes' routine. I've actually sent a sample off for testing, to find out exactly what the problem is since it only seems to come from my hot water as well. If THIS turns out to be the reason I've had dental issues... well, I think I might just have won me a lawsuit.
