Yes, I have to agree with what was said about dunhill in the past, maintenance did suck. Manager was not doing ---- about anything because she did not live on site. Now that new management has taken over, the property is looking much better, the laundry room had a make over, the office is actually open, its not drug infested. I would highly recomend dunhill. We even see HPD come out on regular basis, but not for any crime issues.

I also agree with what has been said. In the past this complex was deterriorating quite dramatically. The manager did nothing at all when it came to maintenance needs. We would have to call several times just to get something done but never received any responses from her. Now I am glad to be a resident of this apartment complex. The new management team is very efficient and calls are always returned if need be. This complex is slowly getting a new look and I am very comfortable living here. I am very pleased with the management team and they are always courteous and always willing to help you out. Congratulations to this new manager (Mayra) for turning this place around and making it a safe place for me and my family to live.
