Mold! Bad apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I recently moved out of these apartments and I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't do my research befor I moved in and it was my first apartment so they seemed really nice. They price for a one bedroom is very high for the sq. footage that you get.They are remodeled and they look very nice, until you move in. You start to notice how poor of a job they actually did. I found mold growing in the bathroom which they told me was just mildew. I found that unlikely because before they were eagles landing they were another complex, but they were condemed by the city of Houston because the mold was so bad. I recently found that out while looking for a new apartment. When I moved in they told me they bought them out because they had gone bankrupt. Ya, from being sued because of the mold. They didn't say one thing to me about the mold. I honetly think you should do your homework before moving here. Also, they have laundy facilities, but usually cost me about 20 dollars to actually do it. The dryers never worked.
