I moved into a newly renovated apartment tinking it was going to be great - new appliances, new management, and a convienenet location. BOY WAS I WRONG, The appliances were new but they did not put them in right, my dishwasher falls forward when opening it, the refrigerator does not cool properly, garbage disposal dont work and i notified Gracie (the leasing agent) of this and she failed torelay the message onto the manager or maintenance. I then went to speak to the manager and she finally took care of these things after 5 months of living here. Also, Gracie Santiago also lived on property, which was a great selling point when I moved in just to find out that she was one of my worst neighbors. Her and her husband deal and use drugs out of her apartment and her husband who recently got out of prison dont work he breaks into vehicles here (I witnessed this for myself). They're always up at all hours of the night and I could hear them physicly fighting on numerous occasions.They recently moved out probably because the manager found out that her boyfriend is a felon and that they dont set a good example for other resident. The mold is crazy u cant seem to get rid of it. I out of this place as soon as my lease is up. I cant stand the fact that i'm living somewhere that allows trash to maintain the place.
