Easton Village Apartments

Rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My rent was just raised to $714 when I renewed my lease for a year. They made me renew at least two months earlier. I saw a special for new resident to move in @ $579 for the same size apartments. Why are residents who have been there longer pentalized by paying more' It seems they would want to keep their residents by not raising their rent. I guess they raise everyone rent when renewal come so they can lower the rent for new residents. I guess they do not want long-term residents is what I can see is what is going on.
