| 06/01/2012 | WOW,just WOW!! The manager's name is Martina and she is the NASTIEST manager I have EVER met. Not only does she get LOUD with you,she gets rude and indignant. She is EXTREMELY FAKE,she smiles and acts all nice,but the moment there is a problem due to her poor management; She will say and behave in the most ignorant,UNPROFESSIONAL way (screaming at guests in her office). She's been FORCED TO APOLOGIZE to SEVERAL residents for her behavior. BEWARE OF MARTINA,the woman is VERY CLEARLY mentally unstable. Also,DO NOT BELIEVE THESE "GOOD" REVIEWS!!
