Emerald Bay Apartments

A Time for Change From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I read the prior review before moving in and to tell you the truth I was a little skeptical in moving in. I spoke to the NEW management about my concerns and they were very upfront and honest with the situation there. The apartments are very nice at least I feel I have a fabulous apt.with new Berber carpet and ceramic tile and don't forget the cathedril ceilings. They are working very hard in getting the kids from hanging out and I must admit I am seeing a difference but keep in mind this nice complex is located in the hood so you can only do so much internally when so much externally exist. I believe this property will be fine as long as they keep a strong stand on those kids that continually HANG OUT what is up with that PARENTS' I say this because if the parents would get control, the apt. wouldn't have such a bad rep. I have no plans in moving right now I have considered Emerald Bay HOME.
