Half and Half From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   It's an old place. the pipes are old, fleas are everywhere cause of dogs. The crime, cars get broken into all the time. It's just overall not the safest place to live.
