Horrible Horrible Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Moving in on Memorial Day Weekend-assurred me they would be open-didn't mention they would be closing early. Couldn't get my key-had to find a storage unit across the freeway ASAP for the movers to unload my things. Woke up one winter Sunday morning to find my heater broken. Called answering service-promised to call management. When I called for an update-"no fire, flood, or blood-not a maintenance emergency". When I called management Monday morning-didn't know what I was talking about-hadn't heard of any problem. Office staff not helpful in anyway. Apartments are old. Recent rennovations were new exterior paint-that's it. Getting home after 5' NO PARKING. Not safe for anyone.
