It has been a horribl 9 months. The entire time we've lived here we've had nothing but bad experiences. The maintenance people are quite nice, well one person that is. The management, they are of no help in the slightest. The pools are always in some type of filthy condition and please don't ask about the activities we saw taking place in the hot tub!!!

'Pit Bulls & other dangerous dogs being walked with plastic chains or flimsy leashes, and when we voiced our fears about the animals to the representative in the front office, we were asked why we did not approach the individual and inquire to what apartment they lived in. That is completely unacceptable seeing as to how we are completely terrified of the animals, let alone the individual who would have such a pet.
'Individuals following my wife while hiding in the shadows, of which when she picked up her cell to call someone who could help, they ran away.
'Gasoline being siphoned from our vehicle on several occasions and I have caught them.
'Our vehicle along with others being keyed and/or damaged
'Complex lawns & parking lots covered with empty alcohol containers & boxes
'Vehicle repossessions, children riding motorized scooters, and individuals parking in the drive so they may 'hang out' and talking to friends, etc. all of which impede travel through the complex
'Entrance Gates not being properly maintained, i.e. the entrance gate being 'stuck' open for 3-5 days at a time, making it easily accessible for any individual(s) to enter the complex
