Pay the extra rent somewhere else From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   These apartments are the epitome of ghetto living, cleverly disguised by the condition of surrounding apartments and location next to Cullen Park. However, do not be fooled. The paint in my bathroom is severly peeled and nothing has been done to fix it. Parking is a joke. The potholes are so bad in the parking lot that my car has been messed up. The office staff is clueless, and the residents leave much to be desired. I took my two small children to the pool one time and had to deal with a foul-mouth beer guzzling ----- at one pool and at the other pool was met with an eighteen year old party scene, complete with beer, foul language, and marijuana -- not exactly the best place for a family swim. The dumpsters overflow with trash every single weekend, creating a smell and an eyesore. The apartments are cheap. However, it is true... you get what you pay for. Pay an extra fifty bucks or so and go somewhere worth the money.
