Enclave At Cypress Park

MOLD, NASTY AND VERY UNSAFE!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here a year and my car has been broken into twice. The first time was the first weekend we moved in and the second was 2 weeks later. The police wouldn't even take the time to come out, they did a phone report both times. I went into the office to report it as well and they blew me off and had the nerve to say nothing like that had happened before. After speaking to neighbors about the problems that we had been having they informed me of other issues that were kept from us upon move in. Gang bangers, burglaries, drive by's, home invasions, RAPES, drugs, you name it, the list goes on. A friend's car was stolen after being towed a week before. The management said they had it towed because his front wheel was barely on the line. It cost him almost $500.00 dollars to get his car back only to have it stolen the very next weekend. We have mold in our apartment and the countless other maintenance issues and have spoken to the office and they have done nothing. Management is horrible here. Not a family community at all.
