Enclave At Cypress Park

Don't waste your money! From: Jace2pt4 Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The Enclave at Cypress Park Apartments makes me NEVER want to live in an apartment complex again. Since I've lived here there was a drive-by shooting in August 06. Our van was stolen out of the parking lot, it was locked and parked close to the building. Gas has been siphoned out of our vehicles. Our 20 pound leashed and always accompanied dog was bitten by another unleashed and unaccompanied 50 pound neighbor dog. The office lost our lease three times, good thing we kept our copy, and was trying to fine us for it . The office doesn't accept USPS packages even though they say they "accept packages" and take UPS and FedEx packages, our Post Office is 30 mins. away with the traffic. The parking lot is not well lit and neither are the walk ways between the buildings. The gates at the front entrance/exit and back exit are always broken. Neighbors sit out on the cars (not always theirs) drinking at all hours of the day and nothing comes out of making noise complaints. I agree with the other reviewer 100% the layout of my apartment is the best but everything on the outside absolutely ruins it.
