Jumped in feet first From: cantfixstupid Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved in when the place first opened and really enjoy it. It didn't take long to get an answer for me. I've been in different apartments the last couple of years and this one has been the better of the three. I lived across the street at Las Ventanas-NIGHTMARE and lived at Carrington on 1960-almost as bad service wise and the people they let in-YIKES. Overall, the experience here is better. The location works for me since I work in the area. My neighbors aren't stupid. They actually work normal hours and know when to keep it down. One of my neighbors applied and moved in the same day. She must of had her stuff together. The last place I lived had really questionable people living in the same building. I was scared to have people over because of the thugs living on the bottom floor. I don't think they checked those people out very much.
