I moved to Houston 7 months ago from out of state to start a new job. I initially leased at another apartment complex only to find out on my moving day that my apartment was not ready. I was stuck...moving trucks and all, the other apartments said my apartment would not be ready for another week, there was no way I could wait that long, as I said I moved here from out of state and my job started on Monday. Luckily I had driven by the Estancia San Miguel Apartments earlier that day, so I decided to just stop in, as my current options were limited. I walked into the office and was quickly greeted by a very sweet and friendly staff, which came as a great relief to me as I was in a very frazzled state. After I saw the apartment I was in love, the interior was beautiful, and the floorplan was very roomy. My only concern was that I needed to move in THAT day. The staff told me that it would be no problem, they were great! I was able to relax and watch TV in the rec room while they got my application approved, and I was able to move in the same day. Thanks to the staff and especially Michael the manager for all of your hard work, I do not know what I would have done without you guys. I still love my apartment, and plan to renew my lease when it is up.
