I love it!! From: rentinghappy07 Date posted: 2/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for eight months and I couldn't be happier! I get what I pay for! The floor plans are up to date and roomy with plenty of windows. I never hear any of my neighbors that surround me or are below me. I don't even hear their appliances such as washers, garbage disposals,dish washers or their TV's through the walls. It's so quiet! The dumpster is in the back of the complex away from most visitors views. For most, you don't have to hear the trash trucks at 0600 hours two to three times a week while you are trying to sleep in! I have a garage and it seems that everyone gets a parking space at least remotely close to their bldg. I have a garage. Crime is going to happen when you live near a major freeway and perhaps some victims have been careless leaving belongings visible in their cars. Management and maintence staff are top notch!
