I have lived here for 8 months. The office management is rude all but two girls, Kelly & Christina are sweethearts and have gone out of there way to help me out. However, there is partying going on all the time, the neighbors are always stomping around above me and yelling and fighting. I have called several times about the 3 am stomping music and fighting that goes on and nothing has been done.
The lighting is poor around the complex, and I have had my clothes stolen right out of the laundry room. Yet they do not provide seating in the laundry room so that you may wait for your clothes.
I get notices about crimes around the apartment complex, and random people are always wondering around. I have been told there was a courtesy officer but never have I seen him. The dumpster is always overflowing and there is only one and it is located at the far end of the complex. I would love to put it in my car to take it but I drive a tiny car.
Neighbors leave there dogs on the porce 24/7 and they yap all the time(3 of them). Nothing has been said and the office has been notified of this annoyance.
Parties go on at the pool and they are loud and abnoxious to the point that no others can relax at the pool.
Don't move in.
