NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HEADACHE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I am a resident at this apartment complex and I agree that the crime is ridiculous. Tenants' cars are being stolen & vandalized and a tenant was actually held up at gunpoint! I pay over $1100 and month for a 2 Bedroom and I am afraid for my safety. If you try to bring your concerns to the Apartment manager and or staff, you are basically blown off or dismissed. It is a shame that I have to continue to live in fear of walking to and from my car at night, but unfortunatley, there is no way out of my lease without having to pay an arm and a leg. There are also problems with ants - they are living in the walls and there is no way to get rid of them. We can request for a pest control person to be sent by, but the pest control people only spray behind the stove''' Not sure why that is the only place they spray, especially when you tell them that the problem is in your bedroom or bathroom. Anyway, if you are considering renting at this complex, I can honestly say that the apartments are OK, but if you are concerned about safety and crime, it would definitely be in your best interest to look somewhere else.
