My friend and i went to look at an apartment this weekend(6-2-06) and an agent could not be found to talk to. Well in any case we decided to look around and what i found was truly disappointing. I had not even read any of the reviews prior but i made the assumption that the place was full of FEMA people. The billiard room had gangster wanna-be's and the media room(which is nice ) had BET on blasting! Now if you are touring this facility and this is what you see and you are more family oriented you too would truly reconsider!! For the amount of money they are asking, you would think that they would try to accomodate their paying tenants. It was a blessing that an agent could not be found so i wouldn't waste my time or money.

I agree...if you want a white-only complex full of other lower-middle class, don't move to this property, or any property in the city. Bring your underexposed ass to the Woodlands.

I think this comment is ignorant BET does not mean it is a bad complex take your dumb ignorant ass to an all-white complex(which you probaly will not find. Not all people who received FEMA assstance is bad!!

What does BET have to do with the complex being bad ? FEMA people ? I did not know the complex offered assistance to evacuees. Not every black person in a complex a result of Katrina ! BET ? Would you have preferred some loud rock music blasting. I guess anything black is negative, right ? Please realize that you live in a very diverse city and you will run into black people. If you want white only, move to Montgomery County !
