While I must reiterate EVERY past negative posting, I must add that I have been a resident here since the complex's inception back when the garage wasn't even completed. And 2 new management companies later, my car has been towed by the complex (for an expired tag - bull****)... they actually fed me a story about HPD going around garages looking for stashed cars - IDIOTS, I have had my car vandalized, multiple strangers parking in my reserved, paid for spots (which they refuse to tow even though the signs offer warnings - see above asterisk for some irony), my rent went up $200 in 2 yrs, they no longer offer new promos to renewals (proven tenants w/ history & no need to clean the apt or look for a new tenant - makes sense to me), a LOST check which I had to pay a late fee & cancellation fee for, I signed for the cable guy to come in BUT front office LOST the sheet so I had to wait ANOTHER WEEK for my cable and all with the added bonus of the "it's not our fault" syndrome from the stellar mgmnt. Be prepared for at least 3 phone calls to the front office before your issue is addressed. While the location is the only thing keeping me sane, with the price your loyal tenants are paying, you need to make customer service your #1 priority. Long gone are the days where they were throwing the water bottles/snacks at you, offering to gift wrap/ dry clean your things, or offering concessions based on tenure or excellent rental history (I'd like to see the staff make $1500 -$1700/ month pmts consistently). **Please note that they flippin contract with SBC, so you have NO choice but to pay more for internet & cable** Unless you walk in looking like a new tenant, don't expect to be acknowledged until they are done selling themselves. And please, stop throwing yourselves those rediculous pizza/movie parties which I'm sure is just another sly way for you to write off some stupid staff party which I'm sure you all think you deserve from your "hard" work trying to please all these tenants who have "nothing" to complain about. FYI - we all can't be wrong. A simple smile & willingness to help sure goes a long way. Think about it.
