Worst place I have ever lived

Today we receive yet another friendly CYA notice from management informing us of yet another apartment break-in (2 to be exact). They continue to absolve themselves of any accountability or responsibility for the tenants and property. Perhaps if they would get the "non-security" gate fixed, that would at least serve as a slight deterrent to potential criminals. The gate has been broken since Hurrican Rita - SEPTEMBER 23. Inexcusable.
They have lost two more of my packages (in addition to the two they lost during the summer) and consistently argue with you regarding whether or not your package has been delivered, even though you're standing there with the delivery receipt from the website. Jovan is particularly nasty and always argumentative when it comes to dealing with customers. She is always so quick to offer "look for it yourself." The day I "looked for it myself" (and never did find the package) there were two Dell computer boxes just waiting for someone to walk off with them, and management doesn't give a rat's ass.
I would not recommend this place as somewhere to live to my worst enemy. It has been very disappointing since Paul's "Management" corporation bought from the previous owners.
