Estates at Memorial Heights

Wasn't too bad of a place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived here for a year with a roommate from University of Houston. We lived in a 2 br 2 bath place and overall I would have to say that it was pretty decent. We lived on the third floor in one of the corner apartments so noise was never really much of a concern. There is ample parking on the third floor of the parking garage however late at night the lower levels were pretty crowded. Safety was never really a concern but one of my friends did get his $25 K-mart special bike stolen from the parking garage when it was chained. The only problems that arose was when we wanted to break out of the lease. It seemed like they wanted to be your bestfriend as long as you were a resident but after you wanted to move out they treated you like a stranger.
