I have had a good experience with the people in the office and the maintenance people. My requests are usually taken care of the day that I call them in or at the latest within 24 hours. As far as crime goes....welcome to the 4th largest city! It's hysterical that people on here expect some women in a leasing office to prevent crime here...do you read the paper' The Houston Police Department is overwhelmed with the crime rate and THEY are trained to deal with it. I have friends that live all over this city in different apartment complexes and they are having the same types of things happen where they live. Crime has increased since Houston was inundated with Louisiana's criminals. I love my apartment, I love the amenities and I have been treated well! I would and have referred friends to this place.
