I lived in teh estates for 4 years but moved out due to financial reasons. The management was amazing and on top of everything! 2 years later i returned and moved back into the same floor plan expecting to have the same experience... I was SO wrong! I have lived her this time for 2 years... I tried to move out after the 1st year but I was buyinga house and i had signed a new lease and 48 hours after signing my lease they said they would not let me out of my 2nd year lease! The electric bill is super high and I do all the correct things possibble to keep it low, but they are terrible on energy efficiency. This would of been my only complaint the first 4 years... that has always been true. The management especially the assistant manager is the worst! You ask the office to replace things and they dont until you ask them 3 times! Alot of the air units are failing, The gates are broken 99% of the time, It took 3 days to get my tub un-clogged and I had to go shower at the gym. They threaten to tow your car when it is parked apporpriately and say that tehy have the right to tow your car at your expense if the stickers are not up to date.. ( Which mine was in teh window just had not attached the new one to the inside window. THEY ARE THE RUDEST & LAZIEST MANAGEMENT... DO NOT LIVE HERE!
