DON'T DO IT!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I DO HAVE TO ADMITT THAT THEY ARE THE QUIETEST APTS ON THE BLOCK AND THE RENT IS CHEAP FOR THE SPACE, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT EVER GETTING THEM FIXED. I'M STILL WAITING FOR SOME THINGS TO BE REPAIRED FROM A YEAR AGO. MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS CHANGING AND THEIR LEASING AGENTS ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY. I STAYED ANOTHER YEAR BECAUSE SAVING TO GET A HOUSE BUT IF I HAD THE CHOICE I WOULD HAVE MOVED WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP.
