Apart from the staff being ignorant, the crime is horrible.there was one murder about 15ft away from where my daughter was sitting doing her homework. We decided on leaving early and did exactly what the mngmnt said to do. We paid for months that we were not there and for some reason are still being charged over $5000 and being reported to the credit bureau because the mngmnt lost our written notice. $200 for a counter being dirty is what they are charging for ex. even though we completely cleaned before we left.
