I moved her from out of town and have lived here for about 6 months now. I have not had any problems since being here. The staff is always very nice and willing to help in any way possible. Maintenance usually fixes things the same day we notify management. There is a lot of crime in the area but you have to be honest, the entire city of Houston has a crime problem. If you don't like crime find a small community in Idaho to live in. Big cities have big crime. I have friends all over Houston and they have the same problems with crime. Watch the news, crime in even the nice neighborhoods. I do know that there have not been any killings or shootings or anything of that nature in within the complex. What does happen, happens late at night when you shouldn't be out anyway in any part of Houston. There is no asbestos here as that was outlawed in the 1960s and these were built in the mid 1980s. They couldn't have found it even if they wanted to use it. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I'm glad you like it, but I moved from Excelsior to an upscale neighborhood about 4 miles away. There is a HUGE difference in crime, trash, and vandalism. Sure, crime can happen everywhere, but all the people who commit the crimes live in and around Excelsior. So you are living among those who "defecate where they eat". I suggest you leave ASAP. And yes, there were 2 murders inside the complex at the end of 2006.
