I have lived in this complex for 2 years. I have had several issues with animals in my apartment. I thought that living there was affordable being that I am a single mom. I encountered the office personnel who did everything she could do to get me there. Not long after I had problems. There were animals living in my ceiling. I could not sleep at night because of their activity at night. Then low and behold there was a loud scratching noise coming from my bar area. The animals had babies and were living in the walls of my bar area. Yes, I informed the manager who could give two cents. Then one day they just decided to redo some of my patio area...the same area that the animals were using to get in and out of the apartment. The animals died in there and I was forced to go through acts of congress to get them removed. I had to write a letter to the corporate office about that. My apartment was never fumigated instead cleaned with clorox. I had to let my daughter live with my mother for 2 days. It didn't stop there. In August of 2009 my attic door was forced open by an estranged being. They nailed it shut and left a big mess. Here 3 days ago 05/12/09 I came home to my master bedroom filled with centerpedes all over my walls. No, this was not one not two but 15. I counted. This was not considered an emergency by office personnel. Not only that I had just found out on 05/11/09 that my request for transfer was denied. Where was my 30 day notice.
I do not wish that anyone live here unless you have a pet spider or a pet that likes to eat possums.
