I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND AT FIRST I HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES. I HAVE SEEN NEW FACES IN THE OFFICE CONSTANTLY. HOWEVER THIS TIME I HAVE MET ALL OF THE NEW GIRLS IN THE OFFICE AND THEY SEEM VERY FRIENDLY AND LIKE THEY WOULD LIKE TO HELP THE PROPERTY GET BETTER. I HOPE IT DOES BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE IT HERE AND WOULD LIKE TO STAY IF THE MANAGEMENT GETS BETTER. THEY SEEM VERY NICE.

Keep dreaming. As long as Patricia is in charge, that place will do nothing other than go downhill. That complex is about two steps from becoming the worst ghetto in the area. If you like living in substandard housing, you go right ahead. I am a little suspicious that you work for them though. That kinda makes your review a little lopsided. Here's a thought, why not go around and ask all the tenants that have lived there for years if they'll stay. Somehow, I am really sure that the vast majority will say no. Enjoy your crappy complex, we're glad we got out.

You were right. I am a former employee for the Palms. It was probably like my 3rd week I worked there when i wrote that. The Palms is a ****ing joke. I don't think Patricia was that bad however I didn't work with here because she was transferred the first day i started. I would have to say the palms being so ------ is definitely Vickie Wiggins, The area supervisors, Fault. She is the heartless. She fired me for "not getting enough leases," which is a joke. Who the hell would want to lease there anyways??? They are so overpriced and their "Upgrades and Renovations" are ----. They half-ass have done every unit in that Community. Not to mention they give ------ discounts to their employers but let contractors who don't even speak english live in them for free. Not to mention that property was built in 1978 and all of those apartments need a/c units but nothing seems to be done around that place. I was told a few weeks ago as well, that some of the building had caught on fire and the heartless supervisor Vickie Wiggins wouldn't even let the residents sit in the office until they could find somewhere to go...HELLO? Their apartments just caught on fire...another employee from their company told me that they believe someone started a fire in one of their vacant units. MAYBE JUST MAYBE if there was enough organization in that company to at least LOCK the vacant units, then that probably wouldn't have happened. You know, I have never worked for a place like that in my life...and i have to say I honestly do feel bad for those residents. Coming from a former employee of the palms...I'd have to say You'd be a hell of a lot happier at one of the new properties in Cypress station.
