Very nice, quiet place at first. Very pretty little water pond / river with large gold fish and a little bridge. But after a while I noticed that this place is situated right next door to a chemical plant that had some residents eyes burning at times. Whoever has lived here for 10 years better go get checked for cancer or something. The water is light blue so it has a lot of chlorine in it. There were crack tubes laying in the parking lot a few times. After the security guard disappeared, there was a smell of death for 2 weeks, then we all heard that the security guard died. That was a scarry situation. Other than all that it wasn't a bad place to live. The apartments themselves are nice. Management was always nice.
