very unhappy with complex From: ikanbeme Date posted: 2/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I would never resign a lease with this management company you have to park 1/4 mile from your building if you are lucky to get that close and the parking places are the size of compact cars my building was right up against the feeder road for i-45 and even double pane windows didnt help the noise I did not feel safe at this complex- my vehicle was broken into 3 times I kept having to call maintenance to fix leaky windows the whole time I lived there-the parking lot concrete was cracked and full of holes I hated having to call the office or visit- i felt no one wanted to help me and when I walk in the door they just stare at me like I'm intruding
