I have lived here for a year and a half now and I am overall satisfied. The water bills have been horrible. $40 is not an lie. My AC went kept running out of freon. It finally got replaced after a year or more. But I got a great deal on my apt and I am only moving because I need a 3 bedroom and there isnt one available.

My water bills were more here than in my 2000' home. Interesting to me, when we're not even here as much,but interestingly enough the sprinklers outside my window are run every evening. I believe my ac is low on freon now.
It is disturbing to me that someone is aware of problems and feel that everything is hunky dorry?
I was told that this property was nice once, by an individual who sees now that is a thing of the past, and is desparately seeking to move out!

This must be someone who works here, because there are 3 bedrooms at this location. If there wasn't one available, and they liked it so much, why didn't they wait? I got one immediately. I only waited the weekend for them to "clean" it. Besides EVERYONE I've spoken to hates it here, even the children. They hear their parents frustration and unhappiness and... I caught one lady leaving, and she said it was the worst apartment she ever lived in. I agreed with her; and still do.

I personally Hate it! Detest living here now, But I made the mistake of releasing my third term, which I hope for the months to fly so I can move out. I see people at the office waiting to lease, I just want to tell them...Boy do I feel sorry for you, If I were you, Id try something else. I should have done what my neighbor did and just plain move out. The prices are extremely high and you are paying so much for a worthless piece of ------ apartment. Any good note left about these apartments Id really like to know Why they think they are good, obviously there is more people that hate living there than there is liking it. They seriously have to have someone posting good comments about these apartments when they aren't really good at all. If the people from the apartments take the time to read and write comments about the office and the complex, SUGGESTION PEOPLE!! Get to work and fix our dam things! Take note on all the complaints and Actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM IMMEDIATELY. NOT...."AS Soon as WE Can"
