Fairfield Creek Apartments: Renter Beware From: bryceryans Date posted: 10/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This is not a choice facility for anyone looking for a home. Your neighbors will make plenty of noise to keep you awake at any hour. Anyone can get in the property because at any one time a gate at either end is usually open for days. Cars roll through the complex at all hours blasting music as loud as they can. Teenagers and young adults walk through the complex smoking marijuana. The staff at this complex only care that you pay your bills on time, and will make mistakes and harass you about a bill you have already paid. If they make a mistake and think you haven't paid your rent, expect a lockout notice to appear behind your door. When things like this occur don't expect more than an "Oops, I see that you are current". The repair work on the apartment is shoddy at best. When I moved in there were paint droppings all over the place... you can basically assume your future apartment is in disrepair before you even move in. It took 2 weeks for someone to fix the sink disposal. If you choose to rent here you cannot say you haven't been warned.
