I am a brand new resident. I just moved in October 1st. I just would like to say that this has been the most easy move i have ever been through, and i HATE moving!! And for all the people who go to Apartmentratings.com i have to say everything on here is not true. Before i moved in i did look at thier ratings, and i though omg it sounds bad. However i did like the specials so i decided to go take a look. I walked into a warming staff who greeted me at the door. I was almost scared.LOL They were all so nice. The girl who helped me was very sweet and she made my move go smoothly. I read on here that they have a roach problem but my apartment was very clean when i move in and i have yet to see a roach. I did my inventory & condition form and turned it in a week after i moved. The maint. came to my apt. the next day.
