Favrot apartments From: texasmedicalcenter Date posted: 7/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Very disappointing 3rd world standards for a supposed first-class institution. Shower, bathroom and kitchen (Only one between 3 people!)look like they have been there 50 years. Infested with cockroaches- I lived in fear of these creatures and yet signs everywhere warned tenants that they are in violation if we did not report their presence (as if!). Charged $10 if you do not remove your car from parking lot before 8am- what a joke!. No sense of atmosphere other than the 1950s decor and very poor lighting in the apartments.
