Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Lived here for a year and it was safe. Someone once broke into my car. I had a problem with my neighbor upstairs because they would have parties on the weekends and put loud music and they would seriously have a DJ there....like no joke. then at 11 at night they'de start vacuuming. Overall the rent was okay b/c of the neighborhood. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
