Do Not Move Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007 1 response   I have lived in these apartments for more that 5 years. Please save yourself...do not move in! The managment team is some of the worst so called managers on the face of this earth. I have been in customer service for 10 years and have never been treated the way these people think they can treat paying cust. They never fix maint. issues, just try to patch the problem so that it gets worse. I hade a pipe break in an upstairs abandoned apt. and flooded my bedroom and bathroom causing the celing to cave in. There is mold everywhere and my stuff was ruined. Thier solution was to just paint over the mold and vacume the carpet and give no comp. I am so glad that I finally got out of there! It is an unsafe and nasty place to live. Every other week there is raw sewer all over the outside of the apts. They blame in on the city and do nothing to fix it. There are abaondoned apts. all over the complex with broken windows that people do drugs in. There are crack pipes in the playground My car was broken into 8 times...trust me stay away!
