Please do not stop here if you are looking for a place to live.the office staff is poor and you will never get anything fixed,not very proffessional and need to learn people skills.louis will give anyone an apt. all you have to do is pay him under the table. that's not right and neither is fondren court apt..you will never feel safe here.
we have gang activity and shootings on a weekly basis..keep looking!!!!!!

I MOVED IN A FEW MONTHS AGO, ON THE FIRST I PAID MY FIRST MONTHS RENT AND SIGNED THE LEASE THEY DID'NT HAVE MY APARTMENT KEY READY UNTIL DAYS LATER, I DID'NT GET MY MAIL BOX KEY UNTIL WEEKS LATER. THE APARTMENT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES, VERY OLD REFRIGERATOR THAT HAS TO CONSTANTLY GET WORKED ON, MY AC WAS OUT FOR 3 DAYS UNTIL FINALLY GETTING FIXED. MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED SEVERAL TIMES, I GOT OLICE REPORTS. COPS EVERY WHERE, I MADE A MISTAKE MOVING HERE. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT.
