When I lived their the apartments were for the working middle class. Nice neighbors. Nice office staff. Towards the end of my stay cars were starting to get broken into. The general area changed. They built some goverment funded apartments down the street which "may" have attracted an overall different class of people which caused many residents of the forrester to relocate.
