My first apartment... and it almost made me move home to mama! When I went to inspect the apartment the day before moving in, everything on the inside was great. But then I went to check the patio and there was a pile of dog feces there! I put it on my checklist, thinking it would be removed. My kitchen countertops looked as if someone made kool-aid all the time and never bothered to wipe the spills and would cut their weiner chunks right on it with a machete since the grooves were so deep. Again, I wrote this on my checklist so that maintenance could come fix it. Well the countertops were never fixed and the feces stayed there for six months! So you can tell that I never went outside! The neighbors upstairs were G-H-E-T-T-O!!! They would have parties until 3 or 4 in the morning. But at least they would knock on the door every 15 to 20 minutes to say that they were sorry about the noise! The "security gates" were a joke! They stayed open! One girl came out the day before Thanksgiving to find that her tires had been stolen and just left on the ground! When I left the office staff was being revamped but as nice as she was, there was NO way that she was going to be able to turn it around. She was looking for an IMMEDIATE transfer! Do NOT waste your application fee!
