I have just moved into this community. I had lived in the area for a while and decided to move into Forum Plaza. What a big mistake. You have to call the office all of the time to try to get something fixed in the apartment and if you are upset the office staff gets upset with you. Gale as a matter of fact. The Refrigator is leaking and the ac as well. When you try to call them back to see why does it take so long for them to come to fix the leak they will tell you that they don't know when the maintance man is coming. There are pimps and prostitues living here and they do there business here as well. The apartments are not up-to-par at all. They say that the rent could be up to $700.00. HaHa yeah right. I would not pay that much for this trash can that I live in currently. The other reviews are correct. If you put something on your check in check out list, it will be in the trash can before you know it. When you call and ask are they going to fix the things in the apartment. They say that they can't find the list. :(. This is very unaccetable living. I want to get out now, I just don't want my credit to be messed up. Don't move in here if you can find somewhere else to live.

thank you for the advice. i was going to look at them this saturday, but after this, i think not. i shuould of known.. the forum is hot as hell!!

I'd suggest you contact the Houston Apartment Association and tell them your complaints. An email, or phonecall to the media will put a stop to some of the b.s. as well. Or, move around the corner to the 10202 Forum Park townhomes and pay a lil more for some decent maintenance.
