I have lived at the Fountains for about 3 yrs and I really haven't had any problems. Usually very prompt on maintenance issues and its a relatively quiet community for the most part. There are a few neighbors though who don't understand this is an apartment community that blast loud bass music from time to time, have had to call the office a few times about this but that is really my only complaint.
