I have seen a huge difference with the new manager. The police drive thru more and there are less noisy residents. My kids play outside all the time and I'm not worried. Like anywhere, things happen in the area, but I feel safe when I come home. I have been here for 2 years and see a huge difference lately in the kind of people living here.

I've lived here for close to two years. Kids on the property are out of control. Running in the parking lot literally chasing cars and tearing up things.
