This place has its plusses and minuses, like all places. For the price, the 2 bed apartment is large and as advertised, has a washer/drier in unit. Parking is generally pretty good.

Then, the downsides... Noise noise. Had I known there were going to be so many kids running up and down my balcony all day long, I would have immediately said "no way". The entire building shakes w/ loud booming noises, and the kids do this for hours upon hours.

Loud neighbors. I've complained several times about my neighbors cranking ghetto tunes way way after midnight (both to them in person and management), but they still do it. Just last night it was 3am and they had it cranked. Also, lots of times people are working on their cars in the parking lot and cranking the music then, too.

Also, when I moved in lots of things were broken. Shower head leaked. Sink handle broke off. Dishwasher leaked. Washer/Drier missing the knob to turn it on. Toilet wouldn't flush.

So, if you want something cheap and you don't mind noise and kids, its okay.
