I mean I've been here for 3 months now, and here's some of the down falls I've experienced. My ceiling looks like it's about to fall in, it's ROACHES all over the place. The dishwasher looks very old and when you are sleeping you can hear people walking by outside. YES! the walls are very thin, I mean you can hear everything your neighbors talk about. Maintenance is okay, they come out and fix things but they be broke the next day, and PARKING OMFG! it's a complete nightmare ( you better get home early or just stay at home to get a good parking spot ). I am NOT renewing my lease here, I can't wait til my lease is up, Im heading back to Stafford or Sugar land way when my lease up.
