I moved in beggining of October. Manina and Martha were great people. I was really surprised how fast I was approved, I also leased a 1 bedroom it is SPACIOUS with, good new interiors. Don't have any roaches, my neighbors are friendly, I use the WIFI in the pool area, maintenance is minimal. It is a great place so far. The two girls in the office are involved in the property. You should give it a try.
