This property has changed hands 3 times since I have moved there. When I first moved there, we had an alarm system and a panic button incase someone managed to break in on you. When the latest management bought the place, they ripped that out and then raised the rent. Now, they have raised the rent again and added water.
The apartemtns are full of riff-raff now. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and see the maintenance crew spending their whole morning cleaning up beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the complex.
They also instituted a policy in which you can leave your trash for pick up M, W, F from 6am until 8am. If you put it out late, they charge you a fee of $10 a bag!
